Can anyone ID this PLM winner, WW2 General ? I can almost make out the signature but have been unable to.....

Hello Mark.
Pictured is Gen.Lt. Ernst Schaumburg. Born 13.Nov.1880 and died in 1947. Kommandant of Paris 1.Aug. 1940 to 1.May 1943. Retired Oct. 1943. Commanded 225.I.D. Early WW II. (see photo dedication.) to Jul.1940.
PlM 21.Apr.1918 as Captain and Commander II./R.I.R.64.
Also served in the Schutztruppe in former Deutsch Suedwest Afrika , now Namibia, 1904 to 1910
