Naval Ensign Flag

Hi,

I am looking at buying a German Naval Ensign Flag and wanted everyones opinion on what you think it may be worth. It is 12" by 8" and i'm not sure what it made out of. The guy is selling it for $15, whats your take on it? Thanks.

Jeff,
I have been looking for a small flag for some time. Unless this
is made of modern materials like polyester or nylon or some such
stuff--BUY IT.
