I have got these four postcard sized photos of the same man (before you say anything, yes I have noticed that three photos are of the same pose..;-). I have no idea what he is? I do not think he works for the Railways, but could he be Post Office?? The photos were all taking in Russia and he has written personal messages to different people to send them off at some point, but he evidently never got round to doing so and so the photos stayed together like this. Date is given on the back as well as his name and the place, but what is the rank that he has signed with? All I can make out is kaiserlicher ??????something?????????? ... does anyone else either recognise the uniform or is anyone able to read the rank?? Thanks for your help. Cheers, Torsten.
