Opinions Please: Imperial EKII

Anyone see any problems with this one? As a VERY limited collector of EK's, my knowledge base is minimal. I've been pretty fortunate with the small handful (6 or so) that I have purchased in the past.

Comments appreciated. I grabbed this for very little on another forum, so I assume, it's legitimate.

These are one of the safer bets in collecting, not to say there is not any fakes out there. I think this one looks alright. Any maker mark on the ring?
