practice grenade of WWI?

hey Guys, Glenn here. I was going thru ebay the other day and saw this listed. I assume this is a practice grenade from WWI? I never saw one before but it has all the same characteristics as a WWII training grenade. looks like a nice complete piece that I would assume is not too common of a find. any thoughts on it? (not that Im into buying it, just curious.) Glenn
