Need Some Help on Photo ID Please!

Was going through some WWI photo postcards today and ran across this one. Noticed the date on the sign (X Krus 1923-24) then noticed the the hats and tunics. The hats have a diamond shaped badge that I can't make out and most if not all have a crest shaped cloth armbadge with a 4 on it. Kinda interested in who, what and where! Thanks in advance! Mike

If this is a photo postcard, there might be a clue or two on the reverse. Just a postage box with "affix one cent postage" or a manufacturer's name can be useful in steering the search between Estonia and South Africa.

Hi, this is a photo postcard and the reverse has no writing or stamps of any kind. Upon closer examination, I did find what could be a printers stamp and it looks like it is either Hindszenty or Mindszenty. Had not thought about it not being German. Does that open the door for an ID? Thanks Mike

I'd say they are definitely Czech army from the few photos I have. Don't know what the sleeve insignia are, though.

Mindzenty is Hungarian (as in the Cardinal), but the uniforms are definitely Czech.
