Bayerischen medallions

I told several people my friend with the box of goodies and some items in her safe deposit box. They turned out to be medallions instead of medals or ribbons. Verdienstmedaille des Bayerischen Industriellen Verbandes in orginal cases in gold and silver. The gold one has the jewelers name Carl Poellath on the inside . Any info please. Thanks in advance Bruce- and a small ring with a WWI iron cross on it

The ring is a private purchase patriotic item. The medals were usually awarded for long service. Check the edges for metal content if the medal is silver or gold. Most are bronze. They were awarded by the Bavarian Industrial Assoc. Hope this helps, Fred
