That is for the huge non-wearable Prussian Lifesaving Medallion M1926-34... an amazing bargain off last week's Niemann. I couldn't even get logged in until after noon, and haven't even tried today as a result.

On the other hand, I have the MAILING ENVELOPE with the award document for the wearable version, which can be seen by searching "Wustrow."

          Hello Rick,

thanks for the info +> Im very nuts after all kind of award cases and since it was so cheap I tought it would be a nice addition for my humble collection , it suprises me just as much that nobody jumped on it ( i ordered it a few hour's after the actual update )

And now we will need to try and locate such a hugh medal

There were probably only about 500 awarded. I don't have exact figures, just guessing based on the clues I have from a German 1938 Lifesaving Medals Association membership directory. (no index, by Nazi Gaue no indication of WHICH award they held beyond "on ribbon" or not, unless it was FOREIGN )

              thanks

              Hello,

thanks my dear friend +> it is sometimes stunning to see that such objects as this case are highly undervalued ( as with such low award figueres ) , anyway im quite happy with this little one
