Name Those Ribbons for Fun and Profit...

Well, for fun, anyway. I see:

    1. A non-combatant 1914 EKII ribbon and device (why doubled? aesthetics?).

    2. What I am guessing is either a 1939 War Merit Cross, or Kyffhäuser- Kriegsdenkmünze ribbon. I'm inclined to the former.

    3. Prussian crown order with Genfer cross or Verdienstkreuz für Kriegshilfe ribbon.

    4. A long service ribbon? Wouldn't it have an attendant miniature device?

    5. What is this last one? I'm stumped.

      I would say:

      -EK II 1914 non-combatant
      -KVK II 1939
      -Verdienstkreuz für Kriegshilfe
      -Long Service Decoration
      -Olympia-Ehrenzeichen

      Very interesting combination!!!

            Ralph,

            I'll try this one:

            Black WWI wound badge
            IC 2nd class
Hanseatisches Kreuz, Hamburg (lost a bit of color)
            Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer mit Schwertern
Austrian Commemorative WWI medal (lost a bit of color)
            Hungarian Commemorative WWI medal
            Bulgarian Commemorative WWI medal

            Ciao,

            Claudio

              Thanks to all!

Guys, here's the last of the lot.

In the first picture, the white-bordered yellow ribbon with a red central stripe just peeping out from under the EK job I have identified from the Ribbon Chart as Militärischer Karl-Friedrich Verdienstorden oder medaille für Verdienste im Felde, Baden.

              So which is it?

              Thanks for the help!

                  O cryptic, nebulous one:

I did read the article, some time ago and with much interest. Didn't you see my little "winky" face?

                  Thanks for your answer.
