    e.k.2

    I would like some help on the following e.k.2.It is maker markede on the ring with what i thought was a 1.After looking closer i am not to sure,your opinions please.

      Not sure if that's a one or not. If it is it would be a Third reich made cross as WW1 period piece makers used a system of letters as thier marks. It looks more like a type of symbol or quality control mark. Caution must be used when attempting to interpret these marks sometimes.

        Hello Mike,

        If you turn the top pic around it could be a poorly stamped G, If you could post a pic of the core that could confirm whether it is a Godet or not. Just a thought.

              I believe it is "S", which gives us Heinrich Schneider (?), Schwartz (?), or Sedlazek (?) (source- kaisersbunker.com).
