I'd go ask the guys into British headgear, the visor is definitely a British field officer, and so the rest is probably, too! Cavalry? 17th Lancers? Are there three holes in front where the cap badge was once mounted?

Brit huh! Well I'll be. It really looked German to me with the little details etc. but I will check with them.
