Prussian Iron Cross in Silver 3rd Class with Swords,

yeah, I know, it sounds like a bad translation of the names, I almost know what he is talking about, yet not quite. Unless there is an Iron Cross 3rd class, and it was kept form us by the dark forces all this time...
