HELP FINDING Generals Photo and Medal Bar??

Hello Fellows:

I was on the site last night on another computer and saw a refered web page to a

General Von Etzel, or something like that.. On the page was a beautiful display of

his Medals and a History.. Also some great pictures of Austrian Medals with ID..

Where do I find the site.. Someone in the group has posted it but now I am lost..
