I picked this and the SEHO up from a collector here in the States.

One thing about this one: the silver quality of the arms, rays and swords are relatively crude compared to the center medallions. Initially, I thought this might make it a late-war piece, but I noticed the one without swords on the Gen. von Etzel pre-war bar that Brian S showed is very similar:



Compare this to the one on Werner's bar or Charles' (shown below), which seem of much higher quality:
