my question now is, if one of the moderators could make a link for downloading all the posts of the forum for burning them on cd and put them into the archive.
if this would be possible i would enjoy to have it.
hope it's not so much work for the good moderators.
anyway, if it would work or not, thanks christian

Christian,

Short version - no, it's not possible.

Slightly longer version - the Forum database is several gigabytes (which would not fit on CD), and you need to the program with the same parameters in order to access the data on the database. It would be a logistical nightmare.

On the other hand, it'll always be here when you need it!
