The book: Die Orden und Ehrenzeichen des Koenigreichs Prusseun by Sauerwald and Klenau.
Can anybody comment on this item if they have it (or have seen it)?
I've got the 'Imperial Bug' *so* bad now I'm ready to burst. But all I have for reference is Nimmergut's B&W catalog and Detlev's (mainly) 3rd Reich book. Is the aforementioned cataloge worth buying? I realize it's "just" Prussian but something's better than nothing, nicht war?

Hello Eric. I have the aforementioned catalog. It is a decent book if you dont know what is what in the Imperial realm - it certainly helped me when I moved to Imperial. I know Andreas Schulze-Ising sells copies for about $25 (www.medalnet.net). It is written in German and does not give any real explanation of the awards, just names. Its basically a what's what with rough prices in DM. It has many great color pictures of almost all the Prussian awards. The picture reference is worth the $25 I spent on mine. Good luck in collecting, the Third Reich bug was fun, but Imperial is really something else! .
