My personal opinion is save your money and buy something else. The L/12 marking alone makes this one suspect. It is very rare to find L/12 marked EK2s of any description, and I would expect to see the mark on the ring and not the rim. I've not bothered studying the cross in any detail as I feel the marking on it has been added in an attempt to place a premium value on an 'orindairy' EK.

Look else where and a get a decent, untampered with piece.

Edit Note. I have just been looking up the Junckers maker marks and have found one known good, original 1939 EK2 with the L/12 mark on the rear, upper rim. It looks pretty similar to the one you are linking to. There may be a possibility that this is a good one - but approach with caution for the reasons given above. On closer inspection the cross itself looks ok. Be careful with this one, but you might bag one of the rarer items here.

Get some of the real experts in the forums to look at this and see what they say as well.

Sorry for what appears to be conflicting advice, but marking up original period pieces with the desirable L/12 to increase it's value a is widespread post war practise, and as a result people are very suspicious of items with these markings, hence my very cautious approach.
