Generals visiting

Some other photos I got today, they show two Generals visiting a ship.

There are no names on the photo but the location is Riga.









The General on the 2nd photo has the German Cross.

I know, this time the ribbon bars are too small and kinda blurry, but anyway I give it a try, maybe somebody can recognize a face.

I think the first general is a austrian.
It seems as if he wears a Karl Troop Cross.

you have eyes like an eagle..... He must be an austrian, because he wears the ribbon of EK 2 and the EK 1 from WW 2....

Right! And check out the WEIRD pockets on that first, ex-Austrian, General's tunic!

I suspect the second General is wearing a German Cross in SILVER, because of the KVK1X-- so probably the local Rüstungsinspektor or something like that.
