The original question was regarding the shooting awards, which is what I posted up. Bronze & Silver, both won by the same fellow. The Big Bar is not a shooting award, but rather some type of "service" award.

Yes, it's the "Prince Alfons Commemorative Badge", as named in the document presented by Stoge showing the silver class badge with the "A" cypher. Alfons apparently awarded these quite "late in the game"; the example I have to a Munich physician with photo, typed postcard and signed by Prince Alfons is dated 1930. As Stoge points out, it does not appear these badges are "shooting-related". However, it remains to be clarified why the ribbon colours varied on these badges.
