    Just got these two in the mail today.

    At best my german is marginal when written in non-gothic, and abysmal when it comes to gothic and handwriting

            David! You have found the proof I have been looking for! There was yet another variant of the 1914 EK1. Instead of 'Prinzengroesse', there existed, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, an ultra rare 'Koenigsgroesse' version as well. Thanks for the proof! HA!


            Seriously, though. Those are very neat cards suitable for framing!

                I do not collect PCs as a rule, this one was offered at $15. , I was
                buying an expensive reference book . . . so I said 'Why not!'.

                The younger Wilhelm was added as a bonus!
