Well, THATs a nice photo! He wears first the Life saving Medal and got for a second life saving a Crown order on the yellow-white ribbon, which he could wear together with his other Crown-Order, which he got for whatever....

There were just a few double lifesaving awards like this done in WW1.
Let me check some lists and I´m sure the ame of the guy is traceable.

The 4th medal on his chest seems to be a turkish golden lyakat with sabers. The medal next to the Austria Order of the Iron Crown seems to be a turkish Imtiaz-medal, I guess silver. Anyway he is well-decorated
