Rare Medal? You tell me!

I need help with this one. It is extremely well made of silver gilt. Front has image of goddess Minerva and reverse says 'Kaiser Wilhelm Gesellschaft zur Forderung der Wissenschaften'. The leaves above planchet are separate. Ribbon has yellow border with gold bullion stripe between green in center.

Your medal is the Service Medal (there were 5 other awards of this organization) of the Kaiser Wilhelm Society for the Furtherance of Knowledge (or Science), a private Weimar-era organization. A nice piece and fairly scarce.
