Mystery Medal I need HELP with

I got this medal bar years ago but could never figure out what the third medal to the right is. Has anyone seen this before? It is made of a simple aluminium planchet with a blank reverse. It is definitely conteporary to the medal bar.

My theory is that it is from Einwohnrwehr Munchen or Landwehr Verein Munchen and was given out in the 20's as a quasi Freikorps award.

I've never seen this one before, so can only speculate. However, it's almost positively not for The Munich Einwohnerwehr, as all their pieces are pretty well documented. Looks like a small town veteran's piece to me, which matches your second guess. I'd say Land Wehr Verein Magdeburg (or pick some other non-Munich location starting with M). Again, this would be a vet's piece, with no likely Freikorps connection.
