Like Stogie Rick I have a passion for cased awards. This one is the "Albert Order Knights Cross 2nd Class with Swords", with a beautiful miniature of this award.

Mike's Knight's Cross has been mounted on a long, original RK ribbon for wear around the neck. 1920's era regulations permitted this piece to be worn at the neck. This one was especially nice, with the gold suspension loop and custom-finished ribbon ends for easy on/off. A superb speciman! I know, once upon a time it graced my case too!

Thanks for posting these. I have a ribbon bar that Rick helped me identify a while back which has both the Saint Henry and the Albert Order. I had no idea what the actual awards looked like, so this fills a hole in my knowledge!!
