Freikorps Badge?

Can anyone id this badge? I suspect it may be Freikorps but I have never seen it before-- it is 2.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide..

It doesn't match (or resemble)any Freikorps insignia with which I'm familiar. Also, a Freikorps item of this size and design would almost certainly be a collar emblem, and the fastener on your item is inconsistent with any collar emblems I've seen from the era. Obviously, I can't rule it out 100%, but would bet heavily against its being a Freikorps item.

I am fairly sure that this is a Finnish veteran of 1918 badge, probably 1930s or later.
