It's look like 25 years long service award of some kind to a civilian worker.

Probably from Bavaria given the blue and white ribbon.

Here's a similar 10 Year Service Medal pic I had in my files. Maybe from Baden given the ribbon colors? But I thought you might like to compare it. Steve

Vet Organization Medals

Andy,

I've found some more of these to compare to yours and as best I can tell they are veterans membership medals. They would be sort of like a VFW long service pin or something I suppose. The ribbons and centers seem to correspond with the various states. I am attaching the other ones I found a pic of (currently on eBay). I think they are Saxon and Prussian by the ribbon colors but note how they are similar to your Bavarian medal and the Baden ribbon colored medal above. They seem to be part of a larger sanctioned organization but quite unlike the various vets organizations from post WWI.

Does anyone know more about these vets medals?
