cased WW1 IC with green inside

Guys.......... I'm new at this so if I ask a dumb question don't break a rib, just humor me. 40 years ago I started buying anything German saying " I'll find out what I bought someday " Well I'm starting to go through my stuff and need an experienced opinion on this iron cross. Most of the ones I've seen have the black bottom and white top ( inside the case ) This one has the white inside lid and green bottom with a green sash across the inside top. Any ideas guys ?
My e-mail address myky@ctesc.net. Thanks in advance............ Mike

I evidently don't know how to post a scan so would somebody help me : )

That is a very nice original piece. Perhaps for a Saxon winner of the EK2......or not. Either way you have a great item. Hang on to it, they have gotten much more expensive than they were "back in the day".
