It appears to be a nice quality original saxon ribbon bar. Details on the EK mini are nicer than usual being that it is probably only 9mm.

It's not. It was a pointless (but still cool, IMHO) device for the EK2 ribbon favored mostly by Saxons. Restated the obvious and added a little flair, but that's it.

Oh, I assume it was for EK1 beacause it's look like the Bundeswehr bar for EK1, thanks for clearing it up
