thought i would post this masonic cross i dont know anything about it other than it looks like the lodge was formed in 1816.the inscription reads
JOH.LOGE.FUNF.PUNKTE.BONN vorm.FRIEDR.WILH.z.EISERNEN.KREUZ.1816
there should be an umlat above the u in FUNF but i cant do them on my keyboard. it has the maker name HOFFSTATTER BONN on the reverse,can anyone translate for me please.
this came from detlev a couple of years ago the medal doesnt seem to be that old in itself but if the lodge was formed in 1816 then unless it was disbanded and reformed after the war then it is a very old lodge.

I can't help on the medal but I can state that Hoffstatter were still producing in the late 1950s or early 60s.
