it was a simple search to find out the wearer of your newest saxon bar (Oertmann), but normally it is a very hard work. All saxon officers have the same typical combination of awards- St. Henry, Verdienstorden, Albrechtsorden - and you need the help of peacetime decorations - look above...

...or the bar of a Hauptmann of the Landwehr - in peacetime he was a "Förster" and got the awards from Bulgaria and Netherland (no swords - normally with swords for military award)...
