Identification needed

can anybody tell me which medal the right one is? I'm not really sure about it. It is silver grade (I found one in a catalouge, but this one is golden grad).

No problem...it is the silver merit medal of Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha with 1914/7
on the ribbon...

So please help - what is the OEK number of that beauty?
