    EKII 1914 in PRINZENGRÖSSE!!!

    Got this rarity from Ebay today. A "standart" medal-bar with the EKII in small Prinzengrösse. Size is 34 x 33,5 mm. Three-piece-construction, iron core and frosted, silver-plated frame.

    Hindenburg Cross with maker "HKM".

            If the specs and quality are there, why wouldn't it be considered a Prinzengrosse?

              Compared with the size of a 1870 P-G EKII from a book it is right. Might be a cross from the 30s because of the frosted frame, but still a Prinzengrösse in my opinion. For what reason ever someone mounted it on this simple bar.
              Well manufactured with iron core and good details. It has a clean frame, but a little bit shiny due the silver-plating.
