Medal bar with rare Lippe Militär verdienst medaille

Just got this one from ebay for a real good price (16 Euro). A bar for the EKII 1914 and the very rare Lippe-Detmold Miliärverdienstmedaille 1915 with swords (about 1950 awarded). Interesting are the golden swords on the ribbon. The pinback is damaged, but I'll try to restore it and add the medals. I'll post new scans after completing the medal-bar.

So a quite early Patentspange from the 20ies. Later ones had a nickel finish.

I particularly like your Lippe-Detmold Miliärverdienstmedaille 1915 with swords. A perfect piece; was it made of bronce? Or was it just bronce plated? Where did you find this beauty, if I might ask?

this very well made medal is made of dark bronze and I got it about 1 year ago from Kalies. Wasn't a cheap medal...
