Old Bavarian veteran

Under Der Rickmeisters' tutelage I am attempting smaller pictures here-of Bavarian vets. Taken in the Spring of 1931 or 1932 there are about 130 pix of vets at this reunion, all on old negatives which I restored. The photo is a little dark-but note the medal bar; proving that sometimes those mistakes on E-Bay are contemporary.
Anyone know what the lapel badge is?
