photo I.D.

Hi to all,
pictured below is an imperial photo which must have been taken early in the 1ww (?) as it shows Franz Joseph and other Austrians generals etc. on the right, and Bismark plus german generals and royalty (?) on the left.

Can any one date the photo and also give a location and possibly a reason for the gathering ??

Hoping for any info from the Imperial experts.

actually...

That's not Franz Joseph nor Bismarck-but the king Of Bavaria I'm 99.9% certain...I think it was taken in the winter in 1914 or in 1915.
