what do you think bout this medal bar? Can you see anything wrong? Has this bar the pin missing or were worn in a different way?

Most likely, the pin was lost. It looks like a typical homemade bar to a Bavarian Gefreiter.

The third medal is wrong. That is a Signum Memoriae, the 1898 jubilee medal for Kaiser Franz Josef. The correct medal is most likely a Small Bronze Bravery Medal:
