Hi Hannibal,

the plm was the highest and most regarded bravery award.
The reputation was much higher than from a "normal" BEO, which was nearly usual for all higher Generals. I think all GFM and Generaloberst had it and most of the Generale der Infanterie/Kavallerie/.....but not all from that guys had the plm.
