Dear Imperialoids,

I am proud to show you one of my last acquisition... I always wanted to purchase one of these crosses. The enamel work and the design (see central part) is really breathtaking. Too bad that the scan can't really show how the cross looks in reality!

If you have some of these to show in this thread, please feel free to post them! I am still learning about these beautiful Imperial decorations...

The Bavarian Order of Saint Michael (and what OTHER decoration bears Old Scratch being whumped in its design?! ) was, in all its many classes, the prime civil merit order of the kingdom. It was also given to military personnel in peacetime, usually (not always) after a Military Merit Order.
