I'm guessing the middle ribbon's for a Brunswick Cross. I have one that exhibits the same fading.

It's a greyish-blue. Used to be a brighter, medium blue.

hello eric,
you could be right, but normally i know the ribbons for the brunswick war merit crosses 2nd class in a kind of violet with yellow edges and that was the reason why i asked if the colors could have been changed through the sun, it remembers me to the ribbons of sachsen,it is hard to say what ribbon it is, i think that the blue ribbon is for a loyal service medal,but that it is not possible to say for what service medal, it could be the one for 25 years with swastica or another older one and i also think that your bar is a good one

in my opinion its indeed a Long Service award. And i agree with iltisfront, the ribbon of the Brunswick cross is faded.
