what medal should be in the middle? I know Prussian War Aid cross belongs on the right and the Honor cross should not be there at all, but I cant figure out what the middle ribbon is.

That middle ribbon is for the Prussian Red cross medal ( im sure iff you perform a search in our archives you will find more info on this one )
