    WWI EK's 2nd Class

Hi anyone ever heard of a maker 'K' on WWI EK 2nd Classes? What are the measurements of such cross? Does anyone have pictures of one such cross?

Here are scans of a EKII 1914 with the makers mark "K" on the Austrian trifold ribbon:

weights and measures of 1914 EK2

David, You will find that there is not any consistance of weights and measures for the 1914 EK2. The example of a "K" marked EK2 in my collection is 42.4mm x 42.1mm, weight 18.6grams and the frame is 3.5mm wide. Hope that helps. The nice thing about 1914 EK2s is that they are cheap enough that is you get burned it is not for too much. Also the fakes are rather obvious.
