    Prince-grossen(sp?) EK2

    Chaps,

I was thinking of bidding on this item but would like to run it past you before doing so.

What are your opinions of this dinky 2 piece?

    Regards

    Interesting!

Hi Richard, this one caught my eye as well. Interesting to find a P-G on such a simple bar. My only fear is there's not as much detail as I'd like to see on the P-G Crosses, as well as the odd brightness to the frame.

      Hi Richard

It seems to me that this PG may be one of those S & L versions from the 30's as seen advertised in their catalog. Nice piece!

      Good Luck!

On second thought, what are the dimensions? Is it a true PG or merely a mini?

        Hi guys,

My thoughts were 1930's piece, like stogie mentions - very bright and shiney. Look at how large the crown/W/1914 are... not really in porportion, so I'm really wondering if it is just a mini?

I'll see how the bidding goes and I've asked the seller for a pic of the back. Might as welll ask for the dimensions as well. Out of curiosity, what should the dimensions be for a P-G?

          Right where it's at!

I think he states it as 34mm. Most P-G items are 30-33mm., so safe to assume he's right about there! Interesting......

            I saw this too...

I saw this too and found it interesting. The size and shininess of the rim, as well as the lack of detail, however make me think it's a "1957" type. I have seen one prinzegrosse 57 EK2 (14) and it wasn't magnetic. Perhaps it was a replacement piece or a present?
            Cheers,
