Kronprinz with his car viviting troops

this picture was between a photobook from a vet, who served in
    1. garde feldartillerieregiment, berlin.

i think it is quite unique sothat i want to share it.
the 2 other pictures of this set show the prince while he is visiting the troops.

        Sven,

That's not just the Crown Prince in that photo. The large officer with the mustache who is just to the right of the Crown Prince is his brother, Prince Eitel Friedrich.

That is indeed a great photo of SKM and good eye to spot Eitel-Friedrich. My godfather's father was his adjutant during WW1.

This is indeed a great photo with a nice shot of the standard on the car fender. And the enlisted men standing in the background seem to be saying "Oh my God, it is the Crown Prince!"

              more pictures

thank you very much for your kind comments and the information about the other prince. i did not see that!

As you seem to like the picture, here are the other two pictures i have of the same troop inspection.

he seems to be waiting for the bus...

The officer shaking hands with the prince is saluting with the wrong hand! so nervous...

Do I also see Major Louis Müldner von Mülnheim lurking there in the background?

                Regards

                  Hi Glenn,

My thought exactly!! But I dunno when this picture was taken, I always thought Louis was smaller by the other pictures I saw....what do you think?

They must have been uploaded on an image hosting site....

And yet another useless thread on WAF, because of removed pictures.
It is really annoing, that the photos get removed from the threads.

Oh, I didn't notice that this was on old resurrected thread.
But if you look at the comments, where the pictures should be, you Can see a little "add" from the hosting site.
But still a shame that the pictures are gone.
