If a WW1 EK2 does not have a makers mark on it does that mean its authenticity is to be doubted?
Or are they like the WW2 Ek's where not all had makers marks?
I ask this because I am thinking of purchasing such a medal but there are a few things about it that worry me:
-lack of makers mark
-the black coating in the Crosses centre being a little too glossy
-the silver rims are "discoloured" (or is this usual?)
cheers
