    That is the rear belt support from a german wartime fieldgray uniform. Probably a 1907/10 or a 1907/14 pattern uniform. The 1915 pattern Bluse used a different design.

      I would say its for the simplified Feldrock M15 (Kraus' nomenclature). It looks to be steel with field gray paint, which did not appear until 1915.
