    Another strange medal-bar at ebay

I don't like this one. A lot of peacetime medals (RAO etc.) and NO Long Service Decoration?!? All non-comb. medals/ribbons and EK with combat. ribbon... strange...:

I agree, that Ek with combatant ribbon does stand out
from the others. I notice the non-combatant reversed colored
ribbon on the Oldenburg cross. and is the same true for the
Mecklenburg cross? And what is the missing award?

Even with the RAO, and Crown order, 900 euros seems
    too much to me.

Yes, Meckl. and Oldenburg are non-comb. I am not sure about the missing one, it looks like the Austrian Wound Medal.

The mystery ribbon in next to last place, with the award removed, also puzles me. I don't think it's an Austrian wound ribbon, though.

The mounting looks OK-- this combination could have been worn during the war by a Beamter or possibly (but not necessarily) a medical officer. Beamten, regardless of many decades served, only got an XXV per 1914 regulations that were not carried through on until 1920, and many "regular" medical officers were only really nominally on the active duty rolls, and so regardless of sometimes high rank, did not always have the REAL "time in" for an XXV.

here is the scan, such as it is. I wouldn't dismiss this one out of hand for the combination, but I agree that €900 is... over optimistic
