Looks ok to me Andy, but I'm no expert . I have always been interested in this unofficial award and facinated by the various bars available for this award. I've never had an oppurtunity to pick one up with the ribbon . IMO, the urkunde is harder to find than the cross.

I do not know any faked flandern cross documents, imo all the few on the market are ok.

They fake everything-but it LOOKs ok. Of course, you need to handle it to really tell. Nice doc.
