Austrian Waffenrock???

hi,

i got this waffenrock, but i'm not sure where it belongs to
is this one from the version from between the first and the second ww
and which insignias would fit to the rock??

and does it belong to a mountain trooper or to another branch

Mac,
Looks more German than Austrian. I have never seen a WW1 Austrian uniform piped in this manner. If it is Austrian, it is 20's-30's. Except for the field gray "Karlsbluse" worn later in WW1, all WW1 era Austro-Hungarian uniforms are fly front with concealed buttons.

i'm nearly sure, that it is a austrian tunic, cause there are traces of a button on the back of the cuff as it is typical for the austrian ones...
and the holes for awards are in austrian styl too
