    Have A 1914 Ic Ist Class With The Name Frhr Otto Von Hugel. Ist Line Is Engraved Gen Der Inf. Does Anyone Know Of This Person?

    He was a PLM awarded too.
    Gen. Inf. Otto Freiherr von H******252;gel awarded on August, 28, 1916. The date when he receives the Blue Max.
