1870 Grand Cross holder signature help

I have a document dated 1855 (when he was major), of an officer that became General and in 1870 became a grand cross holder but I dont know to which one of this two Generals belong :


General von Goeben or

General von Werder or any other of the 1870 grand cross awarded
